Meet your rockstar tailor

Hello there, thanks for following the URL from your brand new JUX bag. We’re guessing you’re eager to know the story behind it.

Designer brand

As you’ve might have expected – considering the mention of a tailor on your bag  - studio JUX is a designer label. Not a normal one, since we produce our garments in an eco (we use hemp, recycled Coke-bottles, and the wool of a rather gigantic rabbit) and fair way in developing country Nepal. So you can look good, and do good. And hey, a clear conscious is always a luxury. Here’s a photo from our latest collection:

Rockstar

‘Jux’ is a German word for fun. According to studio JUX, fashion should be fun: not just for the consumer and the designer, but also for the tailors. They’re our rockstars. Like Bhagat Pariyar. He’s 28 years old, single and drums in a band. When he’s not making music, Bhagat is responsible for the stitching of the JUX pieces.
