Here's why JUX is fair
‘Jux’ is a German word for fun. According to studio JUX, fashion should be fun: not just for the consumer and the designer, but also for the tailors. We highly value and strongly support good working conditions at all the factories we work with.
Jitske Lundgren, the fashion designer of studio JUX, even moved to Nepal to guarantee the eight labour standards of the Fair Wear Foundation. They’re governed by trade unions, business associations and NGOs and check that we make sufficient progress. Studio JUX is connected to Fair Wear through Clean&Unique.
Nowadays, we even own a factory in Nepal where the majority of our clothing is made. As Nepal is one of the poorest countries in the world, imagine what a difference is made by bringing employment to its capital Kathmandu.
